November 2022: On 17 November 2022, Mr. Udaya Kumar Hebbar, Managing Director & CEO, CreditAccess Grameen Limited, represented India’s businesses and shared insights on the vast growth opportunities present in the Indian rural markets at an event organised by the Embassy of India in Tokyo, Japan with other representatives from Taiyo Pacific Partners.

The event aimed to highlight the economic opportunities present in India. The discussions were also held around the areas of FPI/FDI, capital investment, credit markets, equity and insurance. The Ambassador Designate of India to Japan Mr. Sibi George (centre of the photograph) highlighted the need to create opportunities for utilising India’s economic development and growth momentum.
