MAHI (Customer App)

MAHI is the customer app of CreditAccess Grameen through which our digital loans – Pragathi Digital Loan and Multi-Purpose Digital Loan will also be processed. This is an android smartphone based app. These digital loans will be offered to women in a group-based structure similar to our current physical microfinance model. The platform also serves as a digital channel for all our current physical model customers to get latest information and actionable related to their loans such as outstanding balance, upcoming instalment payments, successful payment confirmations, pending dues, loan statuses, etc.
