The Issue is being made under applicable laws including in particular the Companies Act, 2013, as amended (“Companies Act”), Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, (“SEBI NCS Regulations”) and other applicable laws. The Shelf Prospectus dated November 4, 2022 (“Shelf Prospectus”) and Tranche I Prospectus dated November 4, 2022 (“Tranche I Prospectus”) has been filed by Issuer with Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore pursuant to the SEBI NCS Regulations. The Shelf Prospectus and Tranche I Prospectus shall be read in conjunction with this addendum cum corrigendum to the prospectus dated November 11, 2022 (together, referred to as the “Prospectus”).
